Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350ºF

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 c raisins
  • 2/3 c brown sugar
  • 1/3 c butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Can you spot the cookie that my roommate stole some of?

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You can add more raisins if you would like. Scoop into small balls and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Stick into the oven and let bake for 15-20 min. Enjoy!
