Not much happened today but I did get in a great workout and a lot of school.

Dumbbell bench press-chest
Overhead dumbbell press-shoulders
Concentration curls-biceps
One arm dumbbell rows-middle back
Hammer Curls-biceps
Tricep kickbacks-triceps
Seated Arnold dumbbell press-shoulders
Upright barbell row-shoulders
T-bar row-middle back
Seated cable row-middle back
Back extension with weight-lower back
Oblique extension-obliques
35 minutes of elliptical
