So I hate statistics if you couldn’t tell by the title. But one way that I power through homework that I despise is by putting on a facemask, lighting a few candles and opening the windows for fresh air. I love this avocado and oatmeal one. Also sipping on peppermint tea or a matcha green tea latte can’t hurt.
Workout of the day:
Legs, Butt, Abs and Shoulder Toning Workout | No Equipment by Kelsey Lee (10 min) This was a great all body workout that got me to sweat a bit and kick up my heart rate.
Intermediate Pilates Workout by XHIT Daily (12 min) This one was seriously difficult and after the pervious video I am now dripping in sweat, my glutes and abs will be sore tomorrow.
