I wanted to fit in a workout today so I did Pilates workout for Legs by Sophia Pym (20 min). This video wasn’t too challenging but was still a nice little workout. Equipment: ball or foam block and a stretchy band.
I’ve making a promise to myself that I will do an ab workout every day so I followed along to this 11 Minute Ab Workout by Kelsey Lee (11 min). This video worked my abs and I will definitely feel it tomorrow.
